Leads, team and analytics
Every quote request, saved design and swatch order lands in your console. You choose where else it goes and who on your team can see it.
What arrives

All of them appear in the console under Analytics & leads, newest first, with a CSV download for your spreadsheet or CRM.
Choose where leads go
In the console, open Settings → Where leads go:
- Email them to: every lead is emailed to this address as it arrives. Reply to it and your reply goes straight to the shopper.
- Send them to a webhook (Collection and Partner): each lead is posted as JSON to Zapier, Make, Slack or your CRM. The address must start with
https://. - Email shoppers a copy of designs they save: on by default.
Leads stay in your console whatever you choose here.
Your team
Under Team, invite colleagues by email. They get a link to set a password and see your analytics, leads, products and settings. Remove someone there and they're signed out straight away.
Analytics
Analytics & leads shows the last 7, 30 or 90 days for each product, compared with the period before:
- Visitors, how many changed an option, time spent, how many sent a quote, saved or added to cart, the value of those builds, and how far above your starting price people design.
- Highlights in plain words, such as which finish gets tried but rarely kept, or how much more often AR users convert.
- Which options people choose, where visitors come from, and phones against computers.
Visits are anonymous: no names, emails or IP addresses are recorded with them. Leads hold only what shoppers chose to send you.
Changing a product
New fabrics and finishes, prices, rules and names never need a new model. On Collection and Partner you can change prices and add finishes yourself in the console's editor; on any plan, send us the change and we'll make it. Changes show on your site the next time a page loads.
